Q1: What makes your low noise tape quieter than standard packing tape?
A: Standard tape produces high-pitched noise due to rapid separation from the adhesive layer. Our Low Noise Tape has a specially formulated, water-based, eco-friendl yacryclic system on one side and with an advanced backing release coating. This minimizes the vibration and friction of tape at unwinding, and keep noise under 45 dB (regular tape is 80 dB).
Q2: Can I get custom printing on the tape or the inner paper core?
A: Yes, absolutely. We support up to 4-color custom printing on the film (for your brand logo, warning signs, or fragile text) and fully customized logo branding on the inner paper core. We also offer customized retail outer packaging.
Q3: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom orders?
A: Our standard MOQ for stock specifications is 5,000 rolls. For custom printing or bespoke mic thickness (40μm−65μm), the MOQ is 10,000 rolls. However, we support smaller quantities for first-time trial orders to test your local market.
